Our Mission: Enact a community-engaged method to reducing the amount of litter present in our communities.
Our Method:
Partnering with government officials and litter abatement campaigns, CEC aims to tackle littering using a two-fold approach: prevention and action.
- Prevention: Reduce the spread of littering using slogans and posters to bring awareness about the issue and its dangers.
- Action: Encourage community-wide action of throwing trash away, change individuals' actions, and bring members of the community together to remove litter while fostering friendships.
